Keith Wade

Mr. Keith Wade, a proud graduate of Ann Arbor Pioneer High School, is entering his third year serving as the Dean of ALL Students at Pioneer. Dedicated to Ann Arbor Public Schools and the community, Mr. Wade has spent more than 25 years working in education, serving students at both the middle school and high school levels.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wade has held a variety of leadership and student support roles, including serving as a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Pioneer before becoming Dean of Students. His passion for building positive relationships, fostering student success, and creating a safe, inclusive school environment has been the foundation of his work with students, staff, and families.

Mr. Wade graduated from the University of Toledo in 1992 and has been a High School basketball coach for more than 30 years, mentoring student-athletes both on and off the court.

Outside of school, Mr. Wade is a devoted husband, proud father, and loving grandfather to two exceptional grandchildren.
