Stephanie Roberts
Stephanie Roberts brings more than 16 years of experience serving students, families, and educators in teaching and leadership roles across K–12 education. Her career has included serving as an English teacher, instructional coach, dean, assistant principal, and principal, providing her with a broad perspective on supporting students and school communities. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to ensuring every student feels known, supported, challenged, and connected.
Mrs. Roberts believes that strong relationships, open communication, and high expectations are the foundation of thriving school communities. She is passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments where students experience a true sense of belonging, staff feel valued and supported, and families are welcomed as trusted partners in their children's education.
As Class Principal at Pioneer High School, Mrs. Roberts looks forward to partnering with students, staff, and families while honoring the school's tradition of excellence. She is committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student and while helping cultivate a school culture where every student is empowered to reach their fullest potential.
Outside of school, Mrs. Roberts enjoys spending time with her family, reading, completing jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, cooking, and embracing opportunities for lifelong learning.
